The Linkage Project and the Maine Coalition to End Domestic Violence developed this Fact Sheet to inform Maine veterinarians about the link between domestic violence and animal cruelty. Palm cards were also developed. The palm cards are for veterinary clients to inform them about how to get help for themselves, a loved one and the family pet when needed.
